Beaumont is developing emerging proposals for 14-18 George IV Street and 20-22 Hills Road, Cambridge. The site is next to Cintra House, which is owned and currently being refurbished by Beaumont.
There is an opportunity to deliver a mixed-use restoration and redevelopment scheme which would provide new commercial and residential space alongside landscape improvements.
